About the Authors

Karen Silvestri

Karen has published several non-fiction books and eBooks. Her specialty is memoirs, eBook writing/layout, and academic proofreading. In addition to teaching and freelance work, Karen writes a weekly column at the St. Pauls Review. She also leads workshops in Creative Writing, Poetry and Journal Therapy, and Memoir Writing. She has studied genealogy and personal histories since 1987, lecturing and leading workshops on Memoir Writing and Journaling to the community since 1998. Karen holds a BA in English and has studied Literature, Business, and Education at the graduate level. She currently teaches Language Arts and Creative Writing.

 

Enzo Silvestri

As well as writing and composing in English and Italian, Enzo, an Australian, is also fluent in Hebrew, Spanish, and Swedish. Enzo has published two novels and several books of poetry. He attended Christian Heritage College in Brisbane, Australia, where he completed a BA in English & History, and began teaching. After studying Children’s Literature, he turned his hand to writing, and wrote the Tsami & Tsado trilogy. He then completed a B.Ed in Italian & English and an MA in Applied Linguistics at the University of Queensland. He has published three volumes of poetry, and a trilogy of eschatological novels, The Fig Tree, Rock of Ages and Thief in the Night. Enzo has taught at various colleges and universities in Florida and North Carolina.

 

Megan McMillan – Illustrator

Megan McMillan is a young artist resident to Saint Pauls, North Carolina. She is currently working on getting her Bachelors in Graphic Design. She has a love for all forms of art, including writing. She has a heart for fantasy and science fiction.
